Interviewing

 

All Monster Employment Services candidates are interviewed thoroughly face-to-face, in order for us to draw up a complete profile of the applicant and to investigate behavioral competencies in greater detail.

When considering a candidate for your opportunity, we conduct an initial meeting to brief them on the role and your organization, meaning you can use your precious interview time to really get to know the candidate and assess their suitability.

We provide comprehensive outlines of all interviews and assessments and complete a full post-interview debrief with clients and candidates involving feedback for both parties.

We use training and testing package, to ensure the suitability of all candidates. Developed exclusively for Monster Employment measures and evaluates candidates based on "can do" (skills), "will do" (motivation), "will fit" (with the culture of your organization) criteria. This approach increases candidate/vacancy fit leading to improved productivity, retention and job satisfaction.

SAFETY AND TRAINING

 

At Monster Employment Services, our objective is to ensure that our employees are fully aware of their responsibility regarding safety in the workplace. Monster Employment Services ensures that each employee completes a written and video based training program on WHMIS awareness. Monster Employment would be pleased to accommodate any other pertinent safety program that is required by your company.

Industrial employees must wear steel-toe safety footwear. Monster Employment Services should be informed, in advance, of any additional safety equipment or tools required on the job site. All Monster Employment Services employees are covered under WSIB. Monster Employment Services has a dedicated WSIB claims manager to ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with applicable laws.
